Welcome to the ARMY Festa Cruise 2023 and the Independence of the Seas! It is BTS' 10th Anniversary, and we are celebrating in luxurious and adventurous fashion!

Leaving out of Port Canaveral, Florida, USA, the Independence of the Seas ports in Perfect Day at Cococay Bahamas (Royal Caribbean's private island), and Nassau, Bahamas. We leave June 12th, 2023, and come back June 16th, 2023.

 

Each registration option listed below is for the full cruise.

 

In order to register for the cruise, you will choose a package below. We have payment plans, or pay in full, whichever option best fits your financial needs.

 

When you register, your deposit for your room is included.

 

You MUST be 21 years of age or older as the Lead registrant for a room. We are allowing 12 years of age and older to participate in our events, but the lead registrant MUST be 21 years of age or older.

 

  • The next 25 registrations (until November 4th) will receive an EXTRA swag bag. These swag bags are different than the HYYH, Love yourself, Map of the Soul, or Proof swag bags with extra goodies and surprises. These 25 registrations will also have their bags personalized, as well as join the Bangtan Birthday Beach party, the extra swag item, and the $50 onboard credit.

  • All registrations until November 11th will be able to join the exclusive Bangtan Birthday Beach party on Cococay Island, receive the extra swag item, and the $50 onboard credit. 

  • All registrations until November 23rd will receive an extra, personalized, surprise swag item in your swag bag, and the $50 onboard credit.

  • All bookings deposited by December 5 will receive a $50 onboard credit that can be used for restaurants, shopping, excursions, paid events on the ship, etc!

**If you have a friend/family member who wants to come cruising, but doesn't want to participate in the ARMY events, that is allowed! You'll just add the registration option below for family registration. All family/friends are welcome on the cruise!

How it's going to work

Let's break down the event!

We have all 4 conference rooms for all 4 nights for various events and meetings. Including a Thirst room, and an Art room.

For the Thirst room, there will be displays, posters, and soft lighting to give that intimate and ethereal feeling that is perfect for a Thirst room.

For the Art room, we will display Art from ARMY artists around the world for our own mini ARMY Museum.

We are hosting cocktail parties, a pool party (or two ;)), game nights, karaoke, private parties/events for each specific event type listed below, and a Festa conference with classes focusing on the BTS ideals of loving yourself, connection, living your dreams, and mental health, just to name a few.

And then, there's the swag bag! This isn't just a small swag bag to tick a box. This is a FULL swag bag that includes a lot of goodies, merch, and some swag from Army shops. This we want to keep a surprise, so trust us that it's going to be AMAZING.

The group events, the swag bags, and so much more, is included in your chosen event package. We want to make sure this isn't just a cruise with ARMY, but a full 4-day event FOR ARMY.

  • Interior Room AND HYYH Registration Option ($1,050.00) 

    This option includes the Interior room, the HYYH Swag Bag and ALL the group events on the ship, as well as the full conference and access to the Thirst and Art rooms. *NOTE: Lead registrant must be 21 years of age or older. Rooms are double occupancy.

  • Ocean view room AND Love Yourself Registration Option ($1,620.00) 

    This option includes the Oceanview room, the Love Yourself Swag Bag and ALL the group events on the ship, the Love Yourself Group Exclusive Event, as well as the full conference and access to the Thirst and Art rooms. *NOTE: Lead registrant must be 21 years of age or older. Rooms are double occupancy.

  • Balcony Room AND Map of the Soul Registration Option ($1,620.00) 

    This option includes the Balcony room, the Map of the Soul Swag Bag, ALL the group events on the ship, the Map of the Soul Group Exclusive Event, the full conference registration, and access to the Thirst and Art rooms. Also includes a soda package. *NOTE: Lead registrant must be 21 years of age or older. Rooms are double occupancy.

  • Junior Suite Room AND Proof Registration Option ($2,300.00) 

    This option includes the Suite room, Proof Swag Bag, ALL the group events on the ship, the Proof Group Exclusive Event, the full conference registration, and access to the Thirst and Art rooms. Also includes unlimited drinks package. *NOTE: Lead registrant must be 21 years of age or older. Rooms are double occupancy.

  • Interior Room (Family Registration) ($690.00)

    This option includes the room, but does NOT include the events. For families or friends. Rooms are double occupancy.

  • Oceanview Room (Family Registration) ($1,200.00)

    This option includes the room, but does NOT include the events. For families or friends. Rooms are double occupancy.

  • Balcony Room (Family Registration) ($1,070.00)

    This option includes the room, but does NOT include the events. For families or friends. Rooms are double occupancy.

  • Suite Room (Family Registration) ($1,600.00)

    This option includes the room, but does NOT include the events. For families or friends. Rooms are double occupancy.

FAqs

Q: How long is registration open?

A: Our first round of registration ends Oct 6th, 2022. This round of registration includes onboard credits and perks from us. After Oct 6th, 2022, registration will be open until we are sold out, but will not have the onboard credits and extra perks.

Q: What ages can come?

A: For the event, we are limiting participants to 12 years of age or older.

Q: Can we bring other people on the cruise who aren't participating in the events?

A: YES! There is an option for that when you register

Q: Can I choose my own roommate?

A: Yes! Just specify with us when you register for the cruise who you want to be your roommate and we'll get that taken care of!

Q: What's included in the events packages?

A: It depends on the package you choose, so let's start at the top!

  1. We have the HYYH package. This package gets you into all the full group events, all 4 days, and the HYYH Swag bag.

  2. We have the Love Yourself package, which includes everything from the HYYH package with an extra Love Yourself private event, and a Love Yourself Swag bag.

  3. The Map of the Soul package has everything from the Love Yourself package, your MOTS private event,  the Map of the soul Swag bag, and an unlimited Soda Package.

  4. The Proof package is the biggest and baddest package and includes all the group events, a private Proof event, the Proof Swag bag (Which is AMAZING), and an unlimited drinks package (bring on ALL the drinks).

  5. Other than what is listed, there is more being provided with each package that is a surprise for everyone!

Q: Why is the cruise with your event more expensive than what I can find on Royal Caribbean's site?

A: This is a bit more complicated of a question, but ultimately, it's not. After gratuities, taxes, and fees, our group rate for a full balcony room is less than what you can find on RCI. When you are working with our group rate, you are paying for everything needed for your stay on the ship (other than add-ons). When you book through RCI with the same criteria, it comes out higher and without gratuities.

Q: Do I need a passport?

A: If you are a US citizen, no, you do not need a passport. You will simply use other means of identification. If you are not a US citizen, you will need a passport to fly into the United States.

Q: Are there any payment plans available?

A: Yes! We only require a 25% deposit to register for the event. After that, the event will need to be paid in full by March 1st, 2023.

Q: How old do I need to be to register for the cruise?

A: In order to book the event and cruise, the lead registrant MUST be 21 years of age. After that, anyone registering with you can be under that age of 21. But the lead registrant MUST be 21.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Full refund before Dec 7th, 2022

  • 75% before Feb 15th, 2023

  • 50% before April 3rd, 2023

  • no refund after April 3rd, 2023
